Programme Overview
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a common endocrine disorder that inflicts a large segment of the population the world over. With changes in lifestyle inclusive of dietary changes, alteration in physical activity and other exogenous factors it has reached epidemic proportions over the last two decades. Considering steady rise in the incidence of diabetes mellitus, related metabolic diseases, associated macro and micro-vascular complications and Atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVD) it is imperative to have a comprehensive approach to manage diabetes mellitus in the community by a competent physician.
Eligibility Criteria
MBBS with min. 3 years’ experience OR MD (Medicine) recognised by NMC.
