The Seed of Social Responsibility
Our founder Late Shri. Jaywantraoji Bhosale’s foray into education started way back in 1964 with the establishment of the Society for Promotion of Education in Farmers.
By 1984, at a time when medical education was strictly the forte of government-run institutions, Late Shri Jaywantraoji Bhosale saw a greater need. With continuous, tireless efforts, he persuaded the then Government of Maharashtra for private participation in the field of medical education.
His vision laid the foundational stone for what today stands proudly as Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth “Deemed To Be University”.
Acquiring University Status
A monumental milestone was reached in 2005 when the institution acquired its official University status. This recognition allowed the institution to spread its wings and explore diverse, specialized fields in healthcare.
Today, KVV encompasses a multitude of prestigious constituent faculties, including:
